Who are we?

We are simple runners who like to run in groups and learn about new realities by sharing our territory: Rome. It doesn’t matter who you are and where you come from on the globe. It doesn’t matter if you are not a professional runner or a serial runner. If, however, you are a passing runner, for work or on vacation, if you have brought a pair of sneakers with you you are welcome.

Simple runners!

The purpose of our runs is to combine the activity of gymnastics with that of recreation and culture by going through the museum under the sky that Rome offers. We are not a sports association nor professional athletes, but a group of friends with the same passion: running. The run allows you to make new friends. This is why we run.

We enjoy the run!

We don’t run to finish first or break a record.

It runs all together, and all together we reach the “goal”.

The step is always the most appropriate for the whole group. No one is left behind.

I am an athletic trainer based in Rome, Italy who specializes in road running. My passion for sports and fitness has led me to pursue in coaching and helping others achieve their athletic goals. With years of experience, I am dedicated to helping my guests improve their performance and reach their full potential. As a seasoned road runner myself, I am intimately familiar with the unique challenges and rewards of this discipline, and I draw on this experience to provide the best possible coaching and support to my friends. Whether you are just getting started in running or looking to take your performance to the next level, I am here to help you succeed.
