Join us for a free running tour in the historic heart of Rome on Sunday, October 13th at 7:00 am. Starting from Piazza Madonna dei Monti, we will embark on a journey of less than 7 km through the charming Rione Monti and the iconic Roman Forum.

Hosted by Rome by Run and as part of the Ottobrata Monticiana celebrations, this is a unique opportunity to explore the ancient ruins of Rome and the vibrant local culture while you train.

A company specializing in running tours of the city of Rome, is pleased to propose a collaboration for the 2024 edition of the Ottobrata Monticiana.

A free running tour open to all will be offered, with the aim of discovering, in a dynamic and engaging way, the beauties of the Rione Monti and the Roman Forum.

• Distance: about 5/7 kilometers
• Duration: About 1 hour and 30 minutes
• Route: through Monti and the Roman Forum, an itinerary of about 5 km that will touch the most suggestive places of the Rione Monti and the Roman Forum, with historical explanations and anecdotes about the area.
